- Does not provide equity or ownership

By joining as a Founding Member, you understand and accept that:

TPN is being built progressively and may evolve as the platform matures.
5. Mockups & Preview Materials
Any visuals, mockups, previews, example profiles, or concept materials provided by TPN are illustrative only.
These materials:
- Represent direction or concepts
- May change before launch
- May not reflect final functionality
Final platform features may differ from early representations.
6. No Guarantees
Founding Membership does not guarantee:
- Work opportunities
- Bookings
- Financial return
- Exposure
- Platform growth
- Platform adoption
- Business outcomes
TPN is designed to provide trust signals and structured collaboration support — not guaranteed outcomes.
7. Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" refers to the operational lifetime of the TPN platform.
If TPN:
- Changes
- Evolves
- Is sold
- Is discontinued
- Ceases operation
No entitlement exists beyond that operational period.
8. Membership Conduct
Members are expected to act professionally, respectfully, ethically, and lawfully.
TPN reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove members whose conduct is:
- Unsafe
- Misleading
- Abusive
- Unprofessional
- Harmful to other users
- Harmful to platform integrity
TPN maintains a safety-first standard for participation.
9. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for:
- Accuracy of their profile information
- Conduct during collaborations
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Respecting boundaries and consent
- Professional communication and behaviour
TPN does not monitor or control off-platform interactions between members.

- Do not guarantee behaviour
- Do not guarantee safety
- Do not replace personal judgement

12. Suspension & Removal
TPN may suspend or remove members at its discretion where conduct violates platform standards.
Reasons may include:
- Unsafe behaviour
- Misrepresentation
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Platform misuse
- Violation of these Terms
If a member is suspended or removed due to violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
This policy helps maintain fairness and integrity within the platform.

Founding benefits are offered in good faith.
As the platform evolves:

Founding status remains associated with early membership.
14. Pricing & Payment
Founding Membership is a one-time payment.

TPN does not store payment details.

No refund will be provided where:
